Sfera has been established in the glass bending business since 1976. Thanks to its technologically innovative production apparatus it produces glass of many different typologies.

With its diverse machinery, it offers its customers bent glass and tempered bent glass for a wide range of applications in different fields, such as furniture, lighting, building industry, refrigeration, and for different rooms, such as bathroom, kitchen, and many more.

In accordance with the DIN 1249 ESG regulation.

Considering the wide range of products and in order to satisfy the elevated number of customers, the company has structured its bending workshop in two sectors:

1. the bending sector, which produces bent glass in accordance with the UNIT EN 1726 regulation, and which can originally occur with other forms of decorations such as carvings, printings, foaming, grinding, etc.;
2. The second sector, which is in constant development, produces high quality tempered bent glass, characterized by:
   • not showing any traces of pincers or marks of moulds;
   • falling within a strict dimensional tolerance of bending;
   • not showing the defect of optical distortion.
   Furthermore, these production systems allow both bending and tempering of printed glass and external printings on bent surfaces (recommendable for shower doors).

Both sectors have a planning department and an assembly department, which guarantee a higher continuity and quality of production.
